Returns and Exchanges

Being a small team and working to provide high quality product, at this time I do not accept returns or exchanges.

What is your turn around time?

This is dependent on your order. My work varies from ready to ship to completely custom. I’m working around the clock to ensure your order makes it to you in a timely manner. All orders will be shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order. Once shipped, the item(s) are out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping. Please be sure to enter your delivery address and info correctly.

My order hasn’t arrived…

Once your order is ready to be shipped out to you, you’ll be provided via email a tracking number. If any information is incorrect, it is the customers responsibility to correct the information with USPS. If packages are lost or stolen, I cannot be held responsible.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

When orders are placed, profits are turned around into running this small business. Please take careful consideration before placing an order because I do not do returns of any kind.
